New Amazon feature?

I am always looking for ways to display information more effectively on my sites to add persuasion to apply for/ buy products and services that they offer. While shopping around for baby products lately for our first child coming soon I noticed this section below one of the baby monitors that my eye was on

This section has probably been there for a long time on the product details page but never caught my eye, imagine the power of it over the customer reviews and ratings section!. If someone really likes the look of this widget and a high percentage of people bought something similar the shopper would find it hard to resist this even more popular offer.
